ON THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Disclosure Text has been prepared with the aim of informing you with regard to the processing and protection of personal data, which we, as LEUZE Electronic Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. has obtained by employing automatic or non-automatic methods via third-party digital channels or software, including our office, call center, website, social media, and digital channels, e-mail, recruitment portals, via means such as cookies, business cards, phone numbers on our websites, or through our business partners and similar means, with the use of written, verbal, electronic means, video/sound recording or face-to-face meetings..
In the interpretation of terms not defined in this Disclosure Text, the definitions provided in the "Leuze Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy", which may be accessed from link, shall be taken into account.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA CONTROLLER
As LEUZE Electronic Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., we hereby submit to your information, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, that we shall process your personal data as Data Controller and from time to time as Data Processor due to the fact that it will change depending on processed data, in accordance with the relevant legislation.

TRANSFERRING OF PERSONAL DATA
In line with the guidelines and obligations set forth in Articles 6.1. and 6.2 of our PPD Policy and the Articles 8, 9 and other articles of the Law, your Personal Data is transferred to Banks and Financial Institutions, Consultants, Audit Firms, Service Providers, Business Partners (current and potential), Affiliates and group companies, Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, Customers (current and potential), shareholders, company officials, suppliers, and judicial and public authorities under the following conditions:
a) Domestic Transfer of Personal Data
Our Company will be able to transfer Personal Data and Special Category Data, as stipulated in Article 9 of the Law;
(i) In the existence of any of the exceptional cases that we have stated in Article 4.2.1. of our PPD Policy for Personal Data and in Article 4.2.2. for Special Category Data (on the condition that adequate measures have been taken) and without the need for explicit consent,
(ii) In the absence of the exceptional cases that we have stated in Articles 4.2.1 to 4.2.2 of our PPD Policy, provided that Data Subject has given explicit consent, it may be transferred to a domestic third party in accordance with any of the purposes mentioned above.
b) International Transfer of Personal Data
Our Company will be able to transfer Personal Data and Special Category Data, as stipulated in Article 9 of the Law;
(i) In the existence of any of the exceptional cases that we have stated in Article 4.2.1. of our PPD Policy for Personal Data and in Article 4.2.2. for Special Category Data (on the condition that adequate measures have been taken) and provided that in the foreign country to which the Personal Data will be transferred,
(a)Adequate level of protection exists,
(b)In the absence of adequate protection, provided that data controllers in Turkey and in the relevant foreign countries undertake, in writing, an adequate level of protection and the permission of the PPD Board exists and without the need for explicit consent,
(ii) In cases when the conditions mentioned above in (i) cannot be met, provided that the person who is the Data Subject gives explicit consent, it may be transferred to a third party in a foreign country in accordance with any of the purposes mentioned above.
PROCEDURE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS
In case you contact our company by any means (subscribing to the dealer portal, visiting our Company's www.leuze.com or other websites, filling in application forms, subscribing to mailing lists, calling the call center, physically visiting the Company, participating in activities organized or supported by the Company, online or physical training programs and seminars, etc.) , Your Personal Data is collected by employing automatic or non-automatic methods via third-party digital channels or software, including our office, call center, website, social media and digital channels, e-mail, recruitment portals, via means such as cookies, business cards, phone numbers on our websites, or through our business partners and similar means, with the use of written, verbal, electronic means, video/sound recording or physical interviews, or by coming face-to-face with the person who is the Data Subject.
As long as you use the products and services of our company, your collected Personal Data will be processed and updated as needed to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of your data.
Your Personal Data is collected within the scope of personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on PPD and for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:
a) Learn whether or not personal data is being processed,
b) Request further information about processing, if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing of personal data and whether personal data is being used consistently with the purpose,
ç) Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
d) Request rectification of personal data, if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) Request erasure or destruction of personal data, within the framework of the conditions provided in the relevant legislation,
f) Request notification of the rectification, erasure, or destruction to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Object to any unfavorable consequence resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automatic means,
ğ) Request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
